Call the Petersen Events Center 24-hour hotline, 412-648-3054, for up-to- the-minute events information. Monthly event calendars may be picked up in the lobby or at the Guest Services Center during events.
Panther Ticket Office
The Panther Ticket Office windows are located at the main lobby on Terrace Street. Only tickets for athletic events can be purchased at this location. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Will call windows for athletic events are located at the Panther Ticket Office and open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled tipoff time for men’s basketball. Proper photo identification must be presented to pick up tickets.
For women’s basketball, the concourse ticket windows are open 60 minutes prior to scheduled tipoff for game-day sales only. Proper photo identification must be presented to pick up tickets.
Non-Athletic Events Box Office
Petersen Events Center ticket windows (Concourse Level) are open only on the first day of sale and on the actual day of the event. On the day of the event, the upper concourse ticket windows will open beginning at 10 a.m., and the Will Call windows will open at the same time doors open to the public.

Tickets for events at the Petersen Events Center can be purchased at all Ticketmaster locations including Kaufmann's and select Giant Eagle locations, by calling Ticketmaster Charge by Phone at 412-323-1919, or on the Ticketmaster Web site.
